Highly exciting Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup with Sweden as the winner

For the first time, the Swedes were able to win a Nations Cup in St. Gallen. In the line-up of Douglas Lindeloew with Casquo Blue, Malin Baryard-Johnsson with H&M Indiana (both double clear), Rolf-Göran Bengtsson with Ermindo (clear in the jump-off against Germany) and Evelina Tomek on Winnetou de la Manete, the Swedes prevailed over Germany and Switzerland. For the Swiss, Martin Fuchs delivered a double zero with his promising, only nine-year-old Leone Jei. Bryan Balsiger with Twentytwo de Biches, Beat Mändli with Dsarie and Steve Guerdat with Venard de Cerisy completed the good Swiss result. The new Swiss Equipenchef Michel Sorg was in official action for the first time.
