Leony Seitz wins Reitsport.ch Swiss Talents

The last day of Longines CSIO St. Gallen 2023 is kicked off by the Swiss youngsters. Fourteen talents tackled the challenging course in the Reitsport.ch Swiss Talents, three of them were able to master it without any faults. This meant that Leony Seitz on Diandra B, Celestina Rhyner on Boss Quality and Leon Hänzi from St. Gallen on Lady Dallas II competed for victory in the jump-off. The latter unfortunately had to record a drop and finished his home competition with a third place. In the duel of the two young women, who both remained clear in the jump-off, the sixteen-year-old Leony Seitz succeeded with a lead of about one and a half seconds.

After the two-legged youngsters, the four-legged youngsters will make their appearance starting at 09:30. In the Büchel Youngster Final, the 25 most successful seven- and eight-year-old horses from the two qualifying competitions on Friday and Saturday will compete.
