Mexico has triumphant homecoming at Coapexpan

The victory in the Nations Cup of Mexico in Coapexpan went to the home team. Canada finished second in the first of a total of three qualifiers for the North and Central America and Caribbean  division. As the third participating nation, the USA had to go home without points as a result of two eliminations in the first round. For the new Chef d'Equipe of the Mexican team, Mark Laskin, this was a great start. His team and Canada now have the best possible starting position for the two starting places at the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona.
