Germany triumphs in Sopot

With only four points over two rounds, the team of Otto Becker was clearly superior to the competition at the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of Poland in Sopot. After three clear rounds, Germany was already in the lead after the first round. Thanks to the two double clear rounds of Janne Friederike Meyer Zimmermann and European Champion André Thieme, they were able to defend their first place. Second place went to France with seven points. The Swiss team with Alain Jufer & Dante MM (4+0), Niklaus Schurtenberger & Quincassi (0+8), Elin Ott & Nanu (8+4) and Edouard Schmitz & Gamin van't Naastveldhof (0+0) achieved an excellent third place.
