Ben Maher wins the Prize Suttero

World number 4 Ben Maher showed flashes of his class in the Prize Suttero, a high-class 5* competition. Run under Table A against the clock over obstacles up to 150 cm high, the class counted towards the Longines World Ranking and served as a qualifier for the Longines Grand Prix of Switzerland.

Aboard Ginger-Blue, Great Britain's Ben Maher set the fastest time of 68.70 seconds. He finished ahead of the USA's Aaron Vale with Gray's Inn, second in 68.98 seconds, and Ireland's David Simpson with Pjotr van de Kruishoeve, third in 69.32 seconds. The best of the Swiss was Romain Duguet, fourth with Hunger Games du Champ du Bois in 70.57 seconds.
