Aaron Vale gewinnt das Grosse Jagdspringen Stadt & Kanton St.Gallen

The USA's Aaron Vale has won the Grosses Jagdspringen of the City and Canton of St. Gallen, one of the major 5* competitions at the Longines CSIO St. Gallen. Held as a time-jumping class (against the clock with a four-second penalty per rail down) over obstacles up to 150 cm high, the competition counted towards the Longines World Ranking and served as a qualifier for the Longines Grand Prix of Switzerland.

Aboard Gray's Inn, Vale produced a clear round in the fastest time of 88.91 seconds. He finished ahead of Brazil's Pedro Veniss with Gershwin Dromelle, second in 89.89 seconds, and Great Britain's Harry Charles with Bandit, third in 90.52 seconds – all three podium combinations completing their rounds without any penalties.
