In accordance with the FEI regulations we implement the following EHV-1 protection measures and thank you in advance for your collaboration. Also, we keep the EHV-1 conform stable set-up that we introduced last year.

Please note that no EHV-1 PCR-test is required for horses.

First arrivals can be accepted on Wednesday, 1 June 04:00 PM – 08:00 PM
No earlier arrival of horses possible!

Main time slot for arrivals on Thursday, 2 June 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Due to mandatory arrival procedures (details follow via e-mail) for humans and horses before entering the show ground, arrivals of horses on Wednesday 1 June can only be processed earliest from 04:00 PM until no later than 08.00 PM
Arrivals before / after the confirmed arrival slot or without a confirmed arrival slot can result in significant waiting before unloading of horses can be processed.
All horses delivered later than 08:00 PM on Wednesday 1 June must be accommodated in the quarantine tent until examination on arrival can carried out on Thursday, 2 June from 07:00 AM and, based on this, accommodation in the stables is permitted

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times; offences against this rule may lead to permanent withdrawal of the accreditation of the person concerned.

Airport Pick-Up

• We would like to inform you, that our shuttles are departing from the Radisson Blu airport hotel, which is more or less opposite of the Terminal 1 arrival hall. You do not have to leave the terminal building, just follow the signs “Radisson Blu Hotel - Conference Center”.
